Job Summary And Qualifications

The Registered Nurse performs the active nursing process consisting of the functions of assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care for patients. May assume the role as Team Leader for part or duration of shift.

What Qualifications You Will Need

• Experience: Current acute clinical critical care experience preferred
• TNCC within one year of hire for Peds ED
• Education: Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing; BSN Preferred.
• Specialty Certification is required:
• CPI within two year of hire for Peds ED
• ENPC within one year of hire for Peds ED
• Current BLS, PALS, ACLS Certification - Required
• Current License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Nevada - Required
• Basic computer and hospital informatics skills required
