Applied Technology Services (ATS) seeking a full time PC Technician. Must have your own driver’s license and transportation, and be able and willing to work full-time, onsite, in Middle River, MD and travel throughout the State of Maryland supporting customer locations, as required. Must have the ability to move computer equipment and accessories more than 40 lbs. Requires operation of company transport vehicles. Criminal background and reference checks are required.

Activities:

• Troubleshoot issues and problems (ie hardware issues, drivers, etc.) and communicate results with management.
• Perform deployment activities on computer laptops and desktops including imaging/configuration, setup, drive mapping, printer mapping, peripheral setup, data transfers.
• Load assets from a central location, transfer via vehicle, and deliver/unload at installation sites.
• Must have an ability to work with minimal immediate supervision.
• Must have excellent customer service experience and skills.
• Confirm required applications are installed, install additional applications as required and migrate data from the legacy systems.
• Receive and organize assets at central warehouse on a regular basis.
• Track all assets on forms provided and communicate status as required.

Requirements:

• 2-year degree from an accredited college in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline DESIRED
• 2 years’ experience deploying and/or maintaining client systems REQUIRED
• A+ certification REQUIRED
