An ophthalmology practice specializing in LASIK, cataracts, and other vision correction surgeries is seeking one or more candidates for the Patient Services team. The Patient Services team’s primary responsibility is to ensure that every patient or prospective patient who passes through the doors of our clinic experiences world-class customer care.

Patient Services Representative Details


  • First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:00pm )
  • Full Time work available
  • Temporary position
  • Ensuring accurate gathering and entry of patients' demographic and insurance information.
  • Checking patients in/out of clinic and surgery areas.
  • Making patients and their families feel welcome and at ease.
  • $ 15.00 to $ 18.00 / hour


Patient Services Representative Qualifications


  • Ability to speak, read, and write in Spanish is not mandatory, but is a plus.
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
  • There are many tasks to be completed each day to help the surgery and billing staff.
  • A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed. You will be required to complete and submit a questionnaire. We will consider your age at the time of the offense, when the offense occurred, the seriousness and the nature of the offense, as well as any rehabilitation to determine your employability.
  • Well-qualified candidates will be friendly, professional, and capable of multitasking, including during times of high patient volume.
