We are looking for a Patient Revenue Specialist- Revenue Cycle Mgmt Claims to join our team.

What You’ll Do

• Report Monitoring and Analysis (running and monitoring daily reports, providing feedback to the manager.)
• Manage clearing house transactionsTroubleshoot and resolve claim submission issues
• Maintain daily production log and report on rejection trends
• Adhere to RCM guidelines, policies, and procedures
• All other duties as assigned
• Maintain individual and team production goals
• Assist with developing and/or improving RCM related procedures and protocol
• Ensure clean and accurate claim submissions
• Strive for continuous improvement and offer insight as problems/issues arise
• Support payment reconciliation, charge capture, and accounting

What You’ll Need

• Basic knowledge of computer programs such as PC, Office, Excel, Power BI
• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Basic organizational skills with high attention to detail
• One (1) year dental claim billing/coding required
• Basic knowledge of practice software and clearinghouse software
