Job Description

In this exciting role, you will be the voice of the patient, actively sharing insights and feedback to enhance patient experience and contribute to improving our processes.
What You'll Do
Collaborate closely with various teams, including AR Management, Charge Review, and Payment, to support the patient revenue cycle and streamline internal operations.
Engage in patient soft collection activities, demonstrating your caring approach by initiating courtesy calls to address outstanding balances.
Foster strong relationships with clients and third-party partners, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
Review and process patient statements meticulously, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Be the empathetic voice on the other end of the line, answering patient and client calls, and providing thoughtful solutions and support.
Be the go-to problem solver for patient inquiries and concerns.
Handle patient credit card transactions professionally and securely using multiple processing terminals.

Experience Requirements
A minimum of one year of experience in medical billing (Patient accounts receivable and phone call experience preferred, but not required).
Strong computer skills and comfort with new technology.
