From bones to brains, our cutting-edge hospital heals even the most serious of injuries, specializing in everything from total joint replacement to spinal cord injuries and neurological condition. In total, our 141-bed facility welcomes over 3,000 patients every year. As the state’s largest provider of inpatient rehabilitation services, we offer some of the most advanced therapies for stroke, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, orthopedic and sports injury, among many others.



Under general supervision assists Patient Administrative Service Manager, with the daily operation of the administrative operations, for the Admitting/Emergency Services Department. The functionality of the role will include registration, clerical and preliminary financial screening of patients. Participated and administers the development of departmental policies and procedures, which support the efficient operation of the registration/admitting function.


Qualifications


Education & Experience


  • Minimum of three years progressively responsible administrative/professional experience in healthcare, preferably in an admitting/registration/Emergency Administrative Service setting. Additional education in the specialty may be substituted for part of the experience requirement.
  • Completion of a high school level of course work with attainment of a high school diploma or a State High School Equivalency Certificate (GED) is required.
