As a Party Rental Driver, you will play a crucial role in our company's success by delivering party and event rental equipment to our customers' venues. Your primary responsibility will be to transport various items, including tables, chairs, tents, bounce houses, and other party supplies, to and from event locations in a safe and timely manner. You will also be responsible for the proper setup and breakdown of equipment on-site, ensuring that everything is in excellent condition and meets our quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any inquiries and concerns professionally
• Properly secure and protect equipment during transportation
• Safely transport party rental equipment to and from event locations
• Assist with loading and unloading rental items onto the delivery truck
• Inspect equipment for damages or malfunctions and report any issues to the supervisor
• Set up rental equipment at event sites, following guidelines and instructions
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle at all times
• Ensure all paperwork, delivery logs, and invoices are completed accurately

Requirements:

• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Previous experience in driving and delivery is a plus
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed, considering the nature of the events industry
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Punctuality and reliability are essential to this role
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks related to loading and unloading
• Strong customer service and communication abilities
