The applicant must possess a high school diploma, or equivalent, be able to obtain a class B drivers license, meet OSHA requirements, and successfully complete a physical fitness/agility assessment. Upon hire, applicant must successfully complete the field-training program. Firefighters will work an 8, 12 or 24-hour shift. Part Time Fire Fighters will be required to work a minimum of one eight-hour shift every two months.
