Professional Search Group (PSG) has an opportunity for an Internal, Accounts Payable Accountant (Specialist).

This would Part-time hours here in San Diego! (About 30 a week)

Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000

Accounts Payable Accountant (Specialist) Responsibilities:

• Enter invoices into the accounting system
• Communicate with vendors to resolve payment-related issues
• Review and process vendor invoices and payments
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies
• Verify accuracy of invoices and supporting documents
• Follow up on outstanding invoices, payments, and disputes
• Prepare and process employee expense reimbursements

Accounts Payable Accountant (Specialist) Requirements:

• Willingness to adapt to changes in processes and procedures
• Proficient in using accounting software (QuickBooks) and systems
• Familiarity with vendor management and payment processing procedures
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in accounts payable or general accounting
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• Ability to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial recordkeeping
