As a Parts Shipping/Receiving Clerk, You Will:

• Communicate with service customers to determine the nature of the mechanical issues determined after diagnostics have been completed
• Let customers who are waiting for repairs know, with some degree of accuracy, the wait time that will be required and keep them updated
• Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner
• Provide estimates of labor and parts; if cost or repair cannot be determined at drop off, leave open and contact customer later for approval

What You Bring:

• At least 18 with a valid Driver’s License and a reasonably clean driving record
• Preferred to have 2 years of experience in a dealership or similar industry
