There's plenty of room to grow at I-5 Cars! The I-5 Auto Group is looking to add an experienced Part Sales Representative at I-5 Toyota, to support our growing business needs. The successful candidate should have parts inventory knowledge, sales experience, and be proficient with a computer. Our parts department is a vital part of our dealership operation, and we are looking for a dedicated Parts Sales Representative, to help grow our team and provide our customers with an exceptional experience.   • Monthly wages $4,500-$6,000.00 per month
  • FT position with monthly salary + Commission. Schedule will include working weekends

Responsibilities
  • Ensure that incoming inventory is stocked in the correct location
  • Meet and assist the customer in a courteous and professional manner providing them with the information they need
  • Maintain the parts department in a clean and organized manner
  • Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company’s values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors
  • Informing customers of any current specials
  • Accurately price parts and accessories using the proper pricing source and keep the computer system up to date
  • Provides a high level of service to internal and external customers
  • Notifies the service advisor and the customer when special ordered parts have been received
  • Receive, Process and Restock daily orders and customer special orders
