Part Time Receptionist Jobs

Casey BMW in Newport News is growing and actively seeking a Part-time Receptionists to join their team! Casey Auto Group is a family owned and operated business. If you are looking for a company large enough to grow in but small enough to appreciate you, this is it!

Hours:

Monday- Friday 3 PM to 8 PM

Saturdays 7 AM to 1PM and 1 PM to 8 PM

Sundays 12PM to 5 PM

Starting pay is $12.00

As a receptionist, you are the first person to greet our customers and the first to make an impression on customers while answering our busy multi-line phone system. Excellent customer service is required as well as the ability to successfully multi-task completing administrative tasks and sales staff requests at a busy front desk. The ideal candidate has a polished and professional appearance, calmly handles all issues and requests that cross the desk, and stays upbeat through it all.

Requirements:
Applicants for this position must be at least 18 years or older.
Exceptional customer service, professional presentation and communication skills required.
Previous customer service, clerical and multi-line phone experience strongly preferred.
Must speak clearly on the telephone and convey an image of professionalism and competence to callers.
Must be able to convey messages to employees clearly and quickly.
Must be able to judge when employees should and should not be interrupted, e.g., when a salesperson is with a customer.
Professional personal appearance.
