Part Time Outlet Store Associate

Utz Quality Foods is currently seeking a Part Time Outlet Store Associate to join our team at our Factory Outlet Store in Hanover, PA. This position will be responsible to provide excellent customer service in the Outlet Store, work to restock and sell company product and assist if needed in the Mail Order Department. Key Responsibilities

• Breaks down all cardboard and places in proper location.
• Responsible for the overall appearance of the Outlet Store by sweeping, dusting and removing trash.
• Rotates product in Outlet Store by using the product manufacturing codes.
• Requires the candidate to be 16 years or older.
• Ability to follow directions in order to accomplish multiple job tasks.
• Rotates and fills samples that are provided to our customers daily.
• Physically checks in (shop) and puts away all received product on a daily basis.
• Requires setting up registers with drawers and proper change.
• Fills decorator tins / boxes as needed following food safety practices.
• Cash handling and register skills.
• Completes Daily register balance sheet by counting drawer, depositing money and checks in safe at the end of shift.
• Completes monetary transactions and product returns.
• Labels / stickers product according to promotion schedules.
• Weighs and packs all bulk products in cans, caddies, or barrels as needed to maintain acceptable inventory levels. Spreading Joy Through Food! • Requires interpersonal and customer service skills when working in Outlet Store with customers and other associates.
• Assists customers with purchase transactions and purchase decisions by providing excellent customer service.
• Daily lifting and the ability to move up to 10 pounds and infrequently up to 25 pounds is required.
• Restocks all items available in Outlet Store as needed. Includes: products, tins, novelty items, drinks, and supplies etc.
• Accuracy and attention to detail in completing customer mail orders.
