Part Time Accounting Clerk

Looking for a motivated, focused and organized individual who has attention to detail with excellent communication/phone skills to work at our Family run towing, auto/truck repair and scrapping buisness. Experience with Quickbooks and Microsoft Office is mandatory and Sage a plus. Towbooks experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist in answering incoming calls.
• Bank Reconciliations
• Process Shop & Tow Bills
• Weekly check runs
• Process & Reconcile Payroll and PTO
• Communicate with customers and vendors. Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
• Processing & Entering Daily Deposits
• Processing Accounts Payable and Receivable in Quickbooks & Sage
• Filing

Associate's Degree in Business or Accounting preferable!

Compensation is hourly and based on skills and experience, salary starts at $21 per hour.

Hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 3pm.
