Job Summary
As a Resinous Floor Painter for The Tailored Closet & PremierGarage of Greater Washington DC, you will be responsible for working with a lead on the timely and mistake-free installation of a residential floor coating solutions and leading the departments activities. The ideal candidate has at least 1-2+ years of floor coating or other relevant experience such as painting or surface coating, a clean driving record, and willingness to run a background check. We specialize in a variety of epoxy/polymer floor coating applications for both residential and commercial settings. Duties will include resinous floor coating installations using our best practices and training, assist with product inventory, keeping tools/equipment clean and maintained, operating concrete surface preparation equipment, and concrete crack repairs. Candidates must be prepared to get to work reliably on time with a positive attitude and must have the physical strength and stamina to perform the duties of this job.
Responsibilities

• Maintain workspace and vehicle in a neat and orderly fashion
• Complete and submit installation close-out requirements on a daily basis

• Communicate effectively with team members to trouble sheet and provide status and updates
• Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Work with a crew member to complete high quality/careful in-home floor coating installations using company products
• Follow our PremierGarage process
• Show up on time and ready-to-work at our location in Chantilly, Virginia
• Comply with and follow all safety regulations and policies
• Keep all tools & equipment clean and in good working order.

Qualifications

• Covid Vaccination / Booster required
• Able to lift over 40 pounds
• Speak, read and write English fluently
• Reliable transportation to arrive on-time M-F at our location in Chantilly, VA at 6:45 am
• Flooring coating or very relevant experience (residential or commercial): 1-2+ years (Preferred)
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
• Willingness for background check and e-verification of legal status to work in the US
