Painter Jobs

Under general direction, the Painter provides all types of interior and exterior painting services throughout the hospital complex. The Painter also performs a variety of maintenance duties throughout the hospital complex and off-site buildings. The Painter tasks include minor and major equipment repairs, preventive maintenance, assisting other trades, and minor electrical. The Painter also is assigned other duties such as HVAC, plumbing, painting, and carpentry installations and repairs.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma and 5 years of painting experience, required

Vocational diploma with knowledge in the fundamentals of the mechanical systems, appliance repair, electricity, HVAC, plumbing and carpentry, preferred.

Over 3 years to 5 years applicable work experience in institutional or industrial maintenance operations, preferred.
