In this role, you'll execute and optimize paid media campaigns paid social, display, and paid search (with a focus on paid social). Job Details


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Paid Social Associate to join our media team (within a full service agency). The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and possess a strong understanding of paid social media campaigns. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.


Responsibilities


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative assets and messaging for campaigns
  • Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics and Google Ads to optimize performance and ROI
  • Create and manage Meta Ads campaigns to drive traffic and conversions
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance to stakeholders and make recommendations for future improvements
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure campaigns are innovative and effective
  • Develop and execute paid social media campaigns across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Twitter


Qualifications


  • Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, and Twitter Ads
  • 2+ years of experience in paid social media marketing
  • Experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Google Analytics and Excel for data analysis and reporting
