Job Description

The candidate chosen for this position will assist with assignments across three categories within the flagship brand team: Youth and culture, social media, and Consumer promotions.

Essential Job Functions:

  • ASSIST WITH YOUTH AND CULTURE INITIATIVES
  • CONDUCT MARKET RESEARCH WITH A FOCUS GROUP OF PEERS
  • ASSIST WITH EVENT MARKETING ASSESTS
  • DECK BUILDING, AND DECK DESIGN
  • ASSIST WITH TOUR PLANNING AND SAMPLING INITIATIVES
  • RECOMMENDATIONS FOR GENERAL PROCESS IMPROVEMENTS
  • MAINTAIN AND UPDATE MASTER EVENT SCHEDULE
  • ASSIST WITH PROMOTIONAL MARKETING ASSESTS
  • OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED BY THE TEAM/ TEAM LEADER
  • ASSIST WITH PROJECT INITIATION, PLANNING, EXECUTION, MONITORING, AND CLOSING
  • RESEARCH POTENTIAL EVENTS, EVENT PARTNERS, AND INFLUENCERS
  • PARTICIPATE IN TEAM BRAINSTORMING SESSIONS TO PROVIDE MARKET INTEL OR UNIQUE IDEAS
  • ASSIST WITH EVENT PLANNING, AND EXECUTION
  • COMPILE BRAND TEAM ASSETS AS NEEDED
  • RESEARCH EXPERIENTIAL ACTIVITIES AND RECOMMEND NEW AVENUES TO CONNECT WITH PEOPLE
  • COMPLETE A CAPSTONE PROJECT WITH A RECOMMENDATION OF HOW MONSTER CAN BETTER REACH THE GEN Z AUDIENCE
  • FULFILLMENT OF PRODUCT AND POS ORDERS

Position Requirements:

  • ABLE TO WORK EFFECTIVELY AND COURTEOUSLY WITH THE BRAND TEAM AND OTHER DEPTS AS NEEDED.
  • AVAILABLE FROM MAY 31ST - AUGUST 19TH
  • CURRENTLY MAJORING IN BUSINESS, MARKETING, COMMUNICATIONS, OR ANY OTHER RELATED FIELD.
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS BOTH ORAL AND WRITTEN.
  • MUST BE SELF-MOTIVATED AND SHOW AN EAGERNESS TO LEARN.
  • ABILITY TO THINK CRITICALLY AND PROBLEM SOLVE.
  • DEMONSTRATED PROFICIENCY WITH MICROSOFT OFFICE PRODUCTS (EXCEL, POWERPOINT, AND WORD)
  • DEMONSTRATED ABILITY TO WORK EFFECTIVELY INDEPENDENTLY, AND WITHIN A COLLABORATIVE TEAM-ORIENTED ENVIRONMENT USING SOUND JUDGMENT IN DECISION-MAKING.
  • DETAIL-ORIENTED WITH STRONG ORGANIZATIONAL MANAGEMENT SKILLS, ABILITY TO WORK WELL UNDER DEADLINES AND PERFORM MULTIPLE TASKS EFFECTIVELY AND CONCURRENTLY

Pay Rate: $16.00
