We are seeking a highly motivated Packaging Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing packaging solutions that meet the unique needs of our company's products. The Packaging Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, marketing, and quality control, to ensure that our products are packaged safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain documentation and specifications for packaging materials and products
• Stay up-to-date with new technologies and trends in packaging design and materials
• Ensure packaging designs comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure packaging meets product requirements
• Identify and implement cost-saving measures in packaging materials and processes
• Provide technical support to production teams and suppliers as needed
• Conduct testing and analysis of packaging materials and designs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, or a related field
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Understanding of regulatory requirements related to packaging design and materials
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in packaging design and development in lieu of a degree
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of packaging materials, manufacturing processes, and industry standards
