: Working hours: M-F 8am - 5pm 100% onsite at Carlsbad

Interviews: 1 30-minute Teams interview

B.S. in a technical discipline is a MUST

ERP System knowledge a MUST

Job requirements

- Research and generate packaging ideas for innovative projects that deliver value to the business

- Identify and implement packaging productivity projects that can reduce material & freight cost.

- Develop and execute on project plans that deliver continuous Improvement to cost, quality, and service.

- Identify and implement packaging productivity projects that reduce Packaging material and Freight cost.

- Perform financial validations and justifications for productivity projects.

Education Requirements

- B.S. in a technical discipline, Packaging, Chemical, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering

- Proficient in the use of ERP systems, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access
