Over Night House Manager

House Manager Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, upbeat and professional manner. Check guests in and out using our proprietary iOS (Apple) application Answer and screen phone calls on our iOS (Apple) devices Maintain and own the vibe and ambience in the Lobby and Public Areas, including ensuring that music and lighting is appropriate for the time of day. Respond to and delegate various guest tasks and requests to other members of the property team, including Engineers and Housekeepers Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional Maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets Maintain excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner
