Outpatient Mental Health Therapist (Fully Licensed)

Are you looking for a change or recently become licensed? Come join our growing team at our Arden Hills location! We have several added positions for Master’s level therapists. Positions include child therapists, adolescent therapists, family therapists, and adult therapists. Sign-on bonus eligible.

We offer a flexible, hybrid work setting where you can choose the number of days to work onsite or from your home office. You will receive the basic equipment set up needed to provide care from your home office. Our clinical team has acclimated well to connecting in our hybrid model via in-person and virtual connection points. We prioritize consultation to foster connection with colleagues by offering several in-clinic and video consultation groups each month. We have an incredible administrative support team to help our providers focus on providing excellent patient care.

We value and support clinical growth by offering continuing education funds and days away from work. We also have several providers who can offer support, consultation, and training in a number of clinical areas, including trans and gender diverse therapy and letter writing, PCIT, Play therapy, EMDR, AIR Network, and Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders. We also cover your licensing dues.

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of supervised clinical experience with a broad range of presenting problems and therapies, including cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Master's degree in a recognized behavioral health field.
• Licensed to practice independently as a mental health professional in MN. Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Psychologist (LP), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
