- Reviews and develops a familiarity with the protocol, e.g., study proceedings and timelines, inclusion and exclusion criteria, confidentiality, privacy protections.
- Develops study timelines and implementation.
- Notifies appropriate institutional officials of external audits by FDA and sponsors.
- Reviews and comprehends study protocols, Award Acceptance (contract Terms & Conditions).
- Collaborates with PI and institution to respond to any audit findings and implement approved recommendations.
- Works with the site PIs, departments, sponsors, and institutions to support and provide guidance on the administration of the compliance, financial, personnel and other related aspects of the clinical study.
- Assist multisite PIs with project reporting and closeout.
- Attends investigator meetings/webinars as required or requested by the PIs, sponsors, etc..
- Master's in Biology preferred
- The multisite spine research specialist will support, facilitate and coordinate the day-to-day activities of multicenter clinical trial activities.
- Assists in study feasibility assessments as requested.
- Assist with budgets.
- Protocol Preparation & Review.
- Coordinates to help ensure that clinical research and related activities are performed in accordance with Federal regulations and sponsoring agency policies and procedures.
- 1 year clinical reserach preferred
- Bachelor in healthcare, biology or engineering preferred
- Assist with IRB submission.
