Outbound Call Specialist, 1St Shift, $17/Hr

You will be responsible for placing a high volume of outbound calls (70 - 100 calls daily) to a range of medical facilities and accurately documenting relevant information.

• $17/HR.
• Monday to Friday.

• Document telephonic findings accurately into a template.
• Employ the use is various programs and technology, including Microsoft office and internet search engines.
• Manage high volume of outbound calls on a daily basis.
• Maintain strong data integrity with keen attention to detail.
• Meet deadlines consistently with superior quality and customer service.

Work Experience

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities based on organizational needs.
• Sense of urgency and proactiveness.
• Motivated self-starter.
• Ideal candidates should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, good verbal and written communication skills, and an ability to work under set deadlines.
• Call center or customer service experience is a plus
• Ability to establish priorities and work independently with little supervision.
• Communicate professionally, politely, and concisely, especially on the telephone.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy while balancing changes to the workload.
• Possess excellent computer and research skills.
• 0-3 years experience preferred, but not required.
