Responsibilities
The Organizational Consultant supports the design, delivery and evaluation of management/leadership development programs, performance/talent management processes, and organizational development/change initiatives. This role supports the Organizational Development and Enterprise Change Management function as key support for tools leveraged by the OD/ECM function and ensure positive employee experience and accurate data collection. This position partners with OD team members, Human Capital Business partners to assess developmental needs, support individual performance and development, and build organizational capability. This position facilitates training programs, team building initiatives, project teams, focus groups and other groups as needed. This position assists in coordinating resources to provide individual and organizational development programs and initiatives, and targeted professional development options.

- Talent Management and Learning System Optimization: Provide analyst and administrative support for core talent systems including:
- Support administrative support for other systems utilized for OD/Learning interventions including the relationship with our Employee Engagement vendor.
- Peoplesoft Talent Management ¿ align desired performance management experience with system functionality to create a simplified and seamless experience for all users. Actively review system functionality and partner with internal HC resources to optimize use of the system for future work.
- Docebo Learning Management System ¿ r esponsibilities include configure courses, generate reports, designing learning plans and curricula, assign permissions and collaborate with OD and Training staff to enhance the learning experience.
- Complete all corporate and Business Unit specific compliance training. Adhere to all internal procedures and controls as required.
- Stay current on all related regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure all products and services provided adhere to all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Perform root cause analysis if required.
- Consult with external resources (peers/vendors/ consultants) to evaluate, acquire, develop, and/or implement talent management and organization development programs and services.
- Facilitate training programs, project team meetings, focus groups, team building initiatives, and other group facilitation activities as needed.
- Report any suspicious customer and/or account activity.
- Compliance: Understand and comply with all OPPD policies, and applicable Federal and State laws and regulations.
- Perform audits, make recommendations with respect to any assigned area for review.
- Partner with OD and HC partners to identify and address performance and professional development needs of employees. Support the design, development, implementation, evaluation and administration of enterprise-wide employee, front-line/middle management, and leadership development programs.
- Report any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations.
Required:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact and influence in a calm, professional, and courteous manner.
- B Bachelor¿s Degree or a combination of education and work experience that provides the necessary skills to perform the essential job functions.
- Experience with learning management systems and talent management systems as administrator or analyst role.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task on several projects and priorities.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, conflict resolution and analytical skills.
- Competency with Microsoft Office
- An advanced degree.
- Knowledge of talent management best practices, individual development, and organization development.
- Instructional Design and/or Curriculum Design certification.
- Minimum of 1-2 years management, management consulting, or working experience utilizing curriculum design principles of adult learning, and effective group instruction/facilitation methods.
- Experience in business or industry with strong emphasis talent management, and organization development.
