Order Selector - Day Shift

Location: Portland, OR (97211)

Shift: Day - (Start Time) 8:00 am

Schedule Information – Flexible schedule: 4-to-5-day work week (Consecutive days off after 90 days of employment)

Hourly Rate: Guaranteed base of $20.00/hour and up to $24.68/hour with productivity bonuses (if achieved – program described below)

Our Order Selector Team at United Salad Co., our Order Selector team plays a vital role in our success. As a team member, you'll have the opportunity to participate in daily pallet-building challenges, like a game of Tetris. Our voice-picking technology (Vocollect) will direct you to picking locations and instruct you in picking tasks, making the job both exciting and efficient. Qualifications

• Able to work in a chilled/wet environment between 34°-55° Fahrenheit
• Comfortable with operating powered industrial equipment
• Ability to repeatedly lift weights ranging from 40 to 70 pounds
• 18+ years of age
• Ability to work rapidly at a constant pace for the entire shift
• Basic comprehension of the English language
