The Order Fulfillment Analyst will assist in supporting the Senior Analyst in applying existing and future data paths to identify problematic areas within order fulfillment, suggest improvements and bring up complex fulfillment issues to management for immediate resolution. The ideal candidate is organized and responsible, with a keen sense of leadership. They should have a successful background in data analysis, reporting and tactical planning. Collaborating with the Senior Analyst Order Fulfillment, as part of the Operations team, you will play a key role in improving on time delivery performance for our customer experience, and improving our analytic capabilities by identifying gaps in reporting and streamlining operational processes.
Responsibilities:
  • Build when required the optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using SQL, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, ODBC
  • Identify and support the alignment of systems and their data architecture to meet business insight requirements
  • Work with global technology teams when developing / understanding data models required for analytical reporting solutions
  • Build and develop effective SLA / KPI monitoring dashboards which are proactive in nature.
  • Promote data integrity by monitoring systems and working with system owners to ensure highest standards are achieved
  • Identify and lead on ways with other stakeholders to help develop processes which improve data reliability, efficiency and quality
  • Independently problem solve data issues when reported by data consumers, and provide automated analytical solutions
  • Establish and provide data extraction processes from any IT systems used by Amplify to enable data for decision making analytics
  • Document data process tasks and provide advice on where automation is possible
  • Develop analytical reporting products using data warehouses
  • Develop specifications, and develop and build automated analytical dashboards using market leading analytical software tools
  • Build analytics tools that apply the data pipeline to deliver useful insights into key operational processes and provide insight which can be reacted to in a high paced operational environment. operational efficiency and other key business performance metrics.
  • Deliver high quality data insight applications in visualization applications using Tableau
  • Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automate manual processes, optimize data delivery, re-design infrastructure for greater scalability, etc.
Order Processing:
  • Document and update standard methodologies to share with senior leadership
  • Provide Order Fulfillment training for all new hires
  • Consistently demonstrate customer service excellence and standard processes by acting as an Order Fulfillment spokesperson in meetings and workshops as needed
  • Perform Order Fulfillment duties as needed such as processing kit cases, and sending to vendor for fulfillment and continue to be the liaison for Amplify internal employees and the vendor
  • Ensure adequate reporting structure between key collaborators including Sales and Customer Support as well as internal supply chain team members (e.g. Planning and Vendor Management)
  • Regularly review progress, feedback and monitor KPIs within peer groups.
  • Order Fulfillment and Order Exception case queue reporting across the Order Fulfillment team members
Basic Qualifications:
  • Degree required
  • 3+ years of experience using CRM, ERP, and data visualization systems, notably Salesforce, NetSuite, and Tableau
  • Analytical, strategic and creative problem solving skills
  • Sophisticated proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets
  • 3+ years of relevant data analytics experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, and/or manufacturing experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in leadership and in a solution-based environment
  • Experience with SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, or other database systems
  • Ability to think strategically and handle multiple challenging priorities
  • Experience in the field of education, school / district leadership, educational publishing / technology
What we offer:

The gross salary range for this role is $75,000 - $85,000. This role is eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus that rewards individual and company performance.
