Order Data Entry Specialist

HYBRID | FULL-TIME

Boulo is recruiting a ORDER DATA ENTRY SPECIALIST for a Charlotte, NC based manufacturing company. If you are looking for a stable position that offers great benefits and a supportive work culture, this could be a great fit for you!

Employment Type: FULL-TIME

Flexibility: HYBRID – flexible start time, can work from home after initial onboarding/training period

Pay: $23 - $25 per hour

Your Tasks

• Process customer orders in our ERP system (PSI Penta).
• Enter customer requests, quotes and supporting documentation in our ERP system (PSI Penta).
• Support the company’s values and strategic goals.
• Technical understanding of machine function principals.
• Work with logistics and procurement teams to meet parts delivery times.
• Follow SOP’s and workflows.

Requirements/Skills:

• Technical understanding of packaging industry preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills required.
• Experience in a manufacturing industry preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once while completing quality work on a timely basis required.
• Strong Microsoft Suite experience required.
• At least 1 year of ERP system experience required.
