We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Finance Cloud Solution Architect specializing in Project Accounting to join our team. As an Oracle Finance Cloud Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end finance solutions with a specific focus on project accounting modules. Your expertise will contribute to the successful delivery of finance projects and provide valuable guidance to our clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into Oracle Finance Cloud solutions, specifically focusing on project accounting modules.
2. Design and architect project accounting solutions within the Oracle Finance Cloud platform, considering best practices, industry standards, and client-specific needs.
3. Lead project scoping and planning activities, including requirements gathering, gap analysis, and solution design documentation.
4. Provide expert guidance and recommendations on configuring, customizing, and extending Oracle Finance Cloud modules to meet project accounting requirements.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and project management, to ensure successful implementation and integration of project accounting solutions.
6. Conduct system testing, identify and resolve issues, and support end-users during the testing and post-implementation phases.
7. Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users, enabling them to effectively utilize project accounting functionalities within the Oracle Finance Cloud system.
8. Stay updated with the latest Oracle Finance Cloud releases, enhancements, and industry trends, and proactively recommend process improvements and system optimizations.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field. An advanced degree would be a plus.
2. Extensive experience as an Oracle Finance Cloud Solution Architect, with a strong focus on project accounting modules.
3. Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles, project accounting methodologies, and industry best practices.
4. Proven experience in designing and implementing Oracle Finance Cloud solutions, including project accounting, financials, and related modules.
5. Deep knowledge of Oracle Finance Cloud configurations, customizations, and extensions, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify system gaps and propose effective solutions.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
8. Oracle Finance Cloud certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud Financials Certification) would be highly desirable.
9. Experience in leading finance transformation projects and familiarity with project management methodologies would be an advantage.
