Job Description
About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Operations Processor in the Estate Care Center department as part of Consumer and Small Business Banking Operations. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com .

In this role you will:
  • Prepare input forms for automated data processing system
  • Require considerable knowledge of company personnel policies and practices
  • Coordinate projects
  • Perform moderately complex operations duties in support of either a service center or department environment
  • Utilize the company's internal operations to perform duties
  • Furnish information to authorized persons
  • Collect data and prepare related operational reports
  • Provide guidance to all levels of employees regarding personnel policies and procedures requiring some policy interpretation
Schedule:
  • Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm CST
  • Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm CST
Training:
  • You will receive in-depth classroom training, continued on-the-job training, and coaching to learn about Wells Fargo banking products, procedures, and services.
  • Training will be for 3-4 weeks. Training hours are 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday - Friday CST. You are required to attend the full duration of this paid 3-4 weeks of training.
  • We're open from Monday - Friday, 6:30am-5:00pm (CST). Your regular work schedule will be based on business need.
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proven data entry experience
  • Ability to pay close attention to details
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information.
  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
  • Experience in programs: DIPR, HOGAN, PEGA, Microservice
  • Self-motivated, organized with the ability to efficiently multi-task in a high production environment
Job Expectations:
  • Training will be fully on-site, once training is completed with position offers a Hybrid work schedule
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
