• Black Belt or possess demonstrated equivalent in Continuous Improvement
• Demonstrated success during brief fast paced situations
• Extensive knowledge of metal fabrication and machining processes in a job shop environment. 5-10 years of machine shop experience preferred.

The Operations (Manufacturing) Manager guarantees on time delivery by implementing and executing the line of balance for MAPP Technologies. Reporting to the Director of Operations, they will be responsible for maintaining a quality and safety culture using continuous principles across three shifts. A successful Operations Manager will be able to develop production supervisors while balancing the day-to-day of the manufacturing environment.
