Key Objectives
Reporting directly to the company principals, the Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in all facets of our business, offering crucial support across various divisions. Your responsibility will encompass overseeing the operational intricacies of the company, fostering growth-oriented goals, and achieving revenue objectives. Your strategic prowess will ensure the alignment of productivity, quality, customer service, sales, human capital, cost efficiency, profitability, and safety.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain streamlined organizational processes with a focus on efficiency and compliance.
Identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance overall company performance.
Facilitate the training and development of new team members, fostering leadership and system execution.
Skillfully plan, execute, and manage projects within budget and time constraints.
Provide timely and accurate forecasts, updates, and reports to Partner/Owners.
Enhance our Employer Brand and optimize Human Resources systems, including culture direction, recruitment, employee benefits, compensation, events, relations, and compliance.
Shape operational strategies, integrate advancements, and mentor team members for continuous improvement, profitability, and cost management.
Handle confidential matters with discretion, particularly decisions impacting company operations.
Prepare, review, and summarize reports, special projects, and agendas to support Partner/Owners' objectives.
Research and assist in the implementation of new IT systems and upgrades in collaboration with IT support teams or vendors.
Collaborate with regional sales teams on issue resolution, customer relations, and product training.
Develop comprehensive emergency response plans for various scenarios, including cyber outages, security, facility issues, and pandemics.
Demonstrate keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines effectively.
