We're blending the latest in technology with a focus on wellness, developing solutions that significantly enhance people's lives. As we prepare to transition from prototype to market validation and production, we're looking for an Operations Manager to guide us through this pivotal phase.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage operational processes, aligning them with our strategic objectives.
2. Assist in setting up a robust supply chain, including sourcing suitable facilities and recruiting skilled staff.
3. Coordinate with external partners, such as our wireless charging case design company.
4. Play a significant role in the finalization of our manufacturing process.
5. Establish protocols and standards for operational efficiency and product quality.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations across all aspects of the business.
7. Identify potential operational risks and develop contingency plans.
8. Provide regular operational updates to stakeholders, addressing any challenges and suggesting corrective measures when necessary.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role within a tech or manufacturing setting.
2. Solid understanding of supply chain management, manufacturing processes, and quality control.
3. Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
4. Superior problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field. An MBA or other relevant post-graduate degree is a plus.
