Operations Manager
Our world-class manufacturing client is seeking a new Operations Manager to join a large, high-speed plant in the Sumter, SC area. They will have overall ownership of production, processes, and people in their product line.
The Operations Manager will mentor and lead the Business Unit to drive results and focus on Associate capability development, ownership, and timely execution. They will coordinate and drive all activities within the Business Unit and set priorities for safety, quality, production, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
We are seeking candidates with previous proven experience in high speed manufacturing environments. Experience with rubber manufacturing would be a plus. BS/BA degree is required, along with management experience of hourly production associates.
