LHH Recruitment solutions is supporting a confidential search for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our client's operational activities. You will be responsible for managing daily operations, improving efficiency, and leading a team to achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage operational budgets, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving initiatives.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks, maintain workplace safety, and ensure compliance.
• Manage day-to-day operations, including production, supply chain, logistics, and quality control.
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals.
• Analyze operational data, track KPIs, and generate reports for data-driven decision-making.
• Build strong relationships with vendors and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Lead and motivate a team, provide guidance, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Streamline processes to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and minimize waste.

Requirements:

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Continuous improvement mindset and familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in using software applications and tools for data analysis and project management.
• MUST have manufacturing experience.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in management.
• Adaptability, flexibility, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
