We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Operations Manager to join our team!
Salary: 175-200K

The Operations Manager is responsible for the administration and management of the operations and maintenance of a very large civil project in the Fargo/Moorhead area.
Responsibilities Include:
• administering, managing, and performing the operations and maintenance work
• serve as the point of contact/liaison with the client
• provide overall management and leadership of the maintenance work
• deliver and comply with the terms of this Agreement relative to the maintenance Work and Renewal Work
• prepare and submit Operating Period reports to client
• support and implement Developer’s safety policy and procedures
• support and implement maintenance Quality Management Plan
• prepare, revise and update maintenance Management Plan and operations/maintenance Manual
• prepare, supervise, and manage Developer’s annual maintenance/operations budget for the Project
Education and/or Experience:
• Must have minimum of 10 years’ experience maintaining infrastructures: bridges, roadways, recreational facilities or hydraulic structures
• Must have more than 10 years of directly related professional experience in complex multi disciplinary O&M projects.
• At least one project assignment, full time for at least 4 years, as the O&M manager of an operational project that had at least 20 staff.
• Qualifying experience must include administrative management functions as well as day-today O&M team management.
•The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
• Valid Driver's license and work authorization in the US
• Good analytical skills and an ability to develop and predict probable outcomes for various construction and outside physical infrastructure maintenance related situations
• Good interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Be a team player and comfortable in office or administrative environments and roles
