- Team Foundations: holding update meetings with the CEO, assisting the team, participating in budget creation, pursuing personal and professional development, living the core values, assisting with strategic planning, and attending monthly team gatherings.
- Talent Management: holding the team accountable, growing and mentoring the team, assisting with development and growing benchmarks, participating in the hiring process, overseeing performance documentation, developing project managers, driving the team to personal development, and conducting skip-level meetings
- Project Leadership: completing scheduling, assigning teams to projects, checking in with project managers, assisting with collections
- Operations oversight: lead morning huddle, oversee tool vehicle and yard maintenance, ensure checklists are used, ensure safety, conduct daily SITREP meetings, review dashboards, oversee inventory, manage to budget, review time cards and receipts, drive efficiency.

Qualifications
- 2 year's Degree or greater preferred
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
- 10 years of experience in similar or related fields at an appropriate managerial level/ 5+ years of experience in operations management
- Additional qualifications that would be beneficial include experience in the foundation repair industry, knowledge of construction and engineering principles, and experience with project management software.
