Craft Beverage Warehouse is a fast-growing, innovative beverage packaging company specializing in direct-to-beverage can digital printing and the distribution of related beverage canning materials. We strive to be the most innovative and responsive supplier of packaging materials for the craft beverage marketplace.
The Operations Manager oversees all manufacturing and distribution operations of the company, ensuring effective and efficient use of facilities and staff.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
·Oversees and participates in the recruitment, hiring, and training of manufacturing and distribution employees.
·Manages schedules and assignments for digital print and distribution operations.
·Handles performance management of employees in accordance with company policy.
Duties/Responsibilities:
·Ensures production, performance, and quality standards are consistently met.
·Develops and reviews production reports to ensure safety, quality, financial, and delivery standards are met.
·Ensures a healthy and safe working environment, and compliance with federal and state regulations.
·Assists the President and Board of Managers with long-range operating goals, expansion efforts, and implementation of new and advanced technology.
·Identifies and implements systems to help the company streamline operations and workflow.
·Organizes departmental management structure and teams for optimal, efficient operations.
·Works with the President to develop the operating budget.
·Delivers progress and production reports to executive team members as requested.
·Supervises equipment purchase, maintenance, and layout.
·Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities/Traits:
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·Thorough understanding of general manufacturing operational and safety practices.
·Ability to set long-term goals and communicate them to others.
·Ability to motivate and organize multiple efforts and accomplish goals.
·Craving to work in a fast-paced environment with a growing, entrepreneurial company.
Education and Experience:
·Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (business or engineering) required; Master’s degree preferred.
·At least five years of experience working on and managing teams in a manufacturing environment.
Physical Requirements:
·Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
·Must be able to quickly traverse manufacturing areas.
·Must be able to stand, bend, crawl, stretch, lay, and squat to maintain equipment.
·This position may require that you stand/be on your feet for up to 8 hours per day.
Travel:
·May require up to 50% travel while overseeing future expansion projects.
Salary range: $72,000-85,000/year commensurate with experience plus bonus based on company performance.
