Job Description
Monument Marketing Group is proud to be working with some of the nation’s leading telecommunications providers. We specialize in direct-to-consumer marketing, sales, and customer service. Through our partnership with our clients, we have been able to assist in the growth and expansion of telecommunications all over the Delaware area.


We have set our intentions high in order to close out the year strong and set ourselves up with some good momentum going into the rest of this year. That is why we are currently looking to expand our Sales team with the addition of an Entry Level Operations Manager. Our newest team member will receive hands-on training from experienced members of our Sales Team in order to understand the full scope of the position. Once mastery is displayed, there will be opportunities for further training and advancement.


An Entry Level Operations Manager Will:


  • Attend daily team meetings and training sessions to consistently stay up to speed
  • Master all client product and service knowledge in order to educate customers
  • Follow all client compliance and CDC guidelines when interacting with customers, keeping the safety of all at the forefront of focus
  • Work closely with other Telecommunications Sales Managers to achieve sales goals
  • Work directly with client customers to answer questions, ease concerns, overcome objections, and close sales when necessary
  • Be trained by experienced members of the Sales Team to be able to master the entry-level aspect of the role


Requirements of an Entry Level Operations Manager:


  • A Bachelor’s degree in any Business or Economics related field of study is a plus!
  • A passion for learning and an ability to be coached by senior members of the team
  • An ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • High school diploma or GED preferred but not a requirement
  • A drive for success to excel beyond the minimum expectations
  • 1-3 years of experience working in sales, customer service, or other customer-facing roles
