Adventist HealthCare Imaging seeks to hire an experienced Imaging Operations Manager for our White Oak location who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.
As an Imaging Operations Manager you will:
  • Develops, revises and implements standards and policies for operational aspects of Out Patient Imaging patient care goals and objectives.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of a complex imaging center that offers leading edge CT, PET/CT, MRI, IR, Ultrasound and Breast Center services.
  • Provides day-to-day operational supervision of a team of administrative staff, imaging technicians, nurses, and non-provider clinical employees.
  • Coordinate, in conjunction with the physician leader and Director of Operations and Business Development, the human resource functions for clinical staff including hiring, performance evaluation and counseling.
  • Assists in providing information for budget justification, and maintains reports and records needed to account for utilization of funds.
  • Supports departmental leadership in decision making by providing data and benchmark information to assess capital equipment ability to meet departmental needs and participates in strategic planning activities to develop a plan for future capital equipment.
  • Determines the composition and scheduling of staff to assure the delivery of effective and cost-efficient care.
  • Work with Director to coordinate workflow, standardized processes, and manage efficient operations.

Qualifications include:
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or RN credentials required
  • Bachelors degree from an accredited university in healthcare or related field of study required. Master’s Degree in related field preferred.
  • Minimum of five years supervisory experience in healthcare
  • Minimum of five years of experience in Imaging or a related field.
