- Managing importing data feeds and triaging any outages
- Maintain up to date documentation for pharmacies in Nimble's CRM system and internal admin systems
- Maintain existing integrations with Nimble’s partner pharmacies
- Integrate with new pharmacies to bring them onto the Nimble platform
- Develop and apply best practices and strategies for the use of Nimble's products for patients and pharmacies
- Align pharmacies on Nimble's implementation process, next steps, and expectations for launching with Nimble
- Understand and ideate integrations with Nimble’s partner pharmacy systems
- Interact and communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders to provide a comprehensive and speedy launch to pharmacy partners
- Bachelor’s degree
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
- 1-3 years of experience in an integrations, operations, or support engineering capacity
- Proactive and confident partner guidance through new Nimble processes
- Comfortable working in the gray with experience documenting standard operating procedures
- Organized self starter who pays close attention to details
