We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Reservation Agent to join our team of travel professionals. As an Online Reservation Agent, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their vacation planning and travel bookings, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience. - Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay updated on new destinations, travel trends, and industry advancements.
- Handle booking-related inquiries and resolve issues effectively and efficiently, demonstrating a high level of customer care.
- Stay updated on travel policies, procedures, and industry trends to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.
- Collaborate with travel partners to negotiate rates, secure special offers, and maximize client satisfaction.
- Ensure accuracy in booking details, such as names, dates, and special requests, and process payments securely.
- Provide personalized recommendations and advice based on clients' preferences, budgets, and travel requirements.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via online channels, including email, chat, and online booking platforms.
- Assist clients in making and modifying travel reservations, including flights, accommodations, car rentals, and other travel-related services.
- Maintain client records and ensure proper documentation for each reservation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

- Proficient in using online booking platforms, reservation systems, and customer service software.
