• Choosing accurate substitutions for customers if a product is out of stock
• Providing a positive customer experience via phone, email and face to face
• Contributing to a positive work environment
• Checking quality and freshness of each grocery item
• Shopping orders quickly, efficiently and accurately
• Maintaining a clean staging area and helping out with “other duties as assigned”
• Recording out of stock items

Requirements:

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work with technology (Android device, PC, etc.)
• Comfortable communicating via phone, email, and face-to-face
• Capable of working on your feet for the duration of your shift
• Grocery Shopping Experience and basic food knowledge is preferred
• Successful Background Check
