Online Appointment Scheduler

YOU will be the first person many customers come in contact with when they are seeking out a new or pre-owned vehicle. By both phone and email, the Scheduler will effectively communicate with these consumers and assist them in their buying process.


Competitive Salary + Commissions


2,000-7,000 Monthly Earning Potential


Job Responsibilities


  • Enter customer information and update progress into the CRM system
  • Manage a high volume of customer inquiries by phone, email, text and chat
  • Learn and keep current on vehicles, features, and functions
  • Work in a team environment providing customers a top level experience
  • Set appointments for prospective clients to meet with a member of the sales team
  • Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate referrals


Skills/Qualifications


  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Overcome customer objections in order to set the appointments
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Friendly but professional demeanor
  • Ability to follow instructions to perform tasks for the Business Development Manager
  • Ability to instantly build rapport with clients
  • Determination to effectively follow-up with customers
  • Enjoy talking on the phone and willing to help customers
  • Excellent telephone skills are a must


Job Requirements


  • High school diploma/GED
  • Must have valid driver's license
  • Basic computer skills
