Our Customer Experience Team has seen significant growth for several years and we are taking our Digital Worker Solutions to a new level and intellectualizing them as automated solutions. This is part of our digital transformations path bringing educational technology to students and educators worldwide and developing into new markets!
How will you make an impact?
What you will be doing
- Collaborate with the core teams on creating and documenting test processes and performance setups for the pre-deployment phase and collaborating with user test teams to solve any issues that may arise.
- Work in partnership with internal business teams and external partners to develop new and modify existing Digital Worker Solutions on the OneReach Platform.
- Documenting efforts by offering design documentation, clear code, and project documentation as necessary. Collaborating with core teams to understand the latest processes and how they can be re-engineered and automated. Understanding business processes from workflow plans and intellectualizing them as automated solutions.
- Building chat integration solutions that can work together with existing systems to optimize the use of Digital Workers reducing manual processes including configuring, testing, and deploying integration to internal and external applications.
- Are you an AI Developer, consumer analyst and business liaison? Then this is for you!
- Providing technical know-how. Working within the limits of project planning, sharing project risks and concerns on time, and suggesting mitigation tactics and inputs.
- Creating and maintaining all the necessary workflow solutions via the Miro Software Tool, including process definition documents, design specification documentation, and technical design documents.
- Are you an AI Developer, consumer analyst and business liaison? Then this is for you!
- Maintaining technical responsibility for new and existing projects - supporting process scrutiny, description, solution design and leading development, and delivery.
What you’ll need to be successful:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience within information systems, statistics, computers science or any related field.
- Three years’ experience in building projects from ideation to completion.
- Develop and execute!
- Experience in algorithms, computer visions, knowledge management, and conversational AI a plus.
- Develop and execute!
- Technical proficiencies in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Salesforce or similar CRM.
- Ability to partner and facilitate meetings with cross-functional teams and ease in interfacing with Senior Management.
- Understanding of end-to-end software development processes and business requirements.
- Demonstrated influencing skills in a decentralized environment.
Preferred strengths and abilities:
- Passion with a learning mindset.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends, patterns, and correlations in complex datasets.
- Sound understanding of chatbot architecture and AI.
- Ability to adapt to changes, pivot and restart in a fast-paced environment.
- A keen interest in learning new technologies and exploring new trends.
- Testing and deployment experience on various platforms and knowledge of version control.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
- Ability to work with multiple projects at the same time.
- Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities.
- Ability to drive change and take leadership as required.
- The customer-first mindset with a positive attitude.
Work Model: 100% Remote within the United States and preference within the states of EST and CST time zones.

The pay range for this position is between $85,000 – $95,000 annually. However, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. Additionally, a full range of medical and/or other benefits may be provided, depending on the position offered.
