Summary:


Are you ready to play a pivotal role in the success of our customers at Tenant Inc.? As the Customer Onboarding Project Manager, you will lead the transition of our newest customers to our platform, ensuring seamless data migration and configurations.


Your background in software implementation and customer success will be instrumental in managing projects, adhering to milestones, and driving successful onboarding.


Duties & Responsibilities:


✔️ Implement properties to the Tenant Inc. platform, on time, within budget, and as per specifications.

✔️ Configure software, train customers, and provide support during their software onboarding journey.

✔️ Optimize software configurations to achieve customer goals and objectives.

✔️ Collaborate with the Customer Success team to enhance the Tenant Inc. experience, resolving customer issues promptly.

✔️ Identify process improvements for Onboarding and Customer Success processes, tools, and teams.

✔️ Utilize Monday.com for seamless implementation project management.

✔️ Foster strong customer relationships through consistent engagement.

✔️ Work collaboratively with offshore ancillary teams.

✔️ Exhibit a true passion for customers and their success.

✔️ Perform other related duties as assigned.


Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies:


✔️ Bachelor’s Degree or 3-5 years of equivalent work experience.

✔️ 2+ Years of Software Project Management, Implementation, or Customer Success experience.

✔️ Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational and project management skills.

✔️ Excellent problem-solving skills to address customer needs and concerns.

✔️ Build strong relationships with colleagues and customers, promoting teamwork and development.

✔️ Strong customer service and interpersonal skills for handling diverse customer interactions.

✔️ Analytical mindset to interpret and analyze client data effectively.

✔️ Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite; experience with Monday.com is a plus.

✔️ Previous experience with PMS (Property Management Systems) Software is advantageous.
