Help at Home is hiring Office Support! Pay starts at $16.00 an hour!

The focus of this position is to encourage and provide client satisfaction, while maintaining operational compliance with company policy and state/federal guidelines. Office Support will assist with duties such as answering calls, toxicology screenings, in-home visits, client satisfactions surveys and any other duties, as assigned.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare monthly supply order
  • Assist with in-home visits
  • Take toxicology samples for testing labs
  • Conduct in-home supervisory visits to clients
  • Maintaining patient and employee files and all related paperwork
  • Conduct client satisfaction surveys
  • Any other duties, as assigned
  • Answer phones promptly, direct calls appropriately and take clear, detailed messages
Minimum Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience working in an administrative/clerical role
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Access to insured and reliable transportation
