Job Description

We are working with our client Advanced Building Products in seeking an Office Manager to be based in their Sanford, Maine office.


Requirements of the Office Manager:

  • Proficiency with Crystal reporting a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration.
  • Experience with Sage accounting software.
  • 3 years of administrative and/or accounting experience.

Responsibilities of the Office Manager:

  • Supports HR activities and initiatives
  • Acts as point person for outside vendors and service providers
  • Performs accounts payables
  • Interacts and collaborates with staff, vendors, and customers
  • Performs billing and accounts receivables
  • Plans and coordinates facilities maintenance, equipment installations, and other projects with internal and external stakeholders
