Job Description

Home improvement and repair company is looking for an Office Manager/Project Coordinator in Austin, TX. They are looking for a detail-oriented, hard-working, great communicator who is a master of time management. The job is centered on customer service, which includes making and answering phone calls, answering, and sending emails and texts, and interacting with customers, craftsmen, and other service professionals.


Responsibilities:

  • Maintain technician's schedules and communicate any changes immediately to our customers
  • Work directly with technicians to help develop job estimates, send estimates to customers, and follow up accordingly to schedule the work.
  • Keep customer records and database current
  • Proactively represent company primarily through telephone contact by answering and making calls, setting service and sales appointments, targeting inactive accounts to generate new sales opportunities, and following up with customers on various issues
  • Provide customers with a remarkable experience


Requirements:

  • Highly organized, confident, and detailed oriented.
  • Account/Project Coordinating: 2 years (Required)
  • Exceptional telephone and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service focused – understands the need, solves problems, and responds in a timely and efficient manner
  • Customer Service: 2 years (Required)
  • Knowledgeable of the home services or construction industry a plus
  • Ability to manage many calls to prospective clients per day
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office computer applications and ability to navigate internal software programs post training period
  • Working with Sub-Contractors: 2 years (Required)
  • Demonstrable experience in telephone sales or related field
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
