Office Coordinator / Entry Level (Remote)

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Remote Virtual Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate is proactive, a self-starter, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic and paper files
• Adhere to data privacy and confidentiality policies
• Answer and direct incoming calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
• Assist with research and compiling reports as needed
• Collaborate with other team members to complete special projects as assigned
• Provide administrative support to our team, including but not limited to scheduling appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing email and calendar

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Prior experience as an administrative assistant or similar role preferred
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Experience with virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.) preferred
